A: Turnaround time depends on demand, but we'll inform you at pick-up and aim to return your board to your hotel/accommodation the same day or by 8:00 AM the next day.

A: Unfortunately, we don’t accept card payments yet, but we’re working on it and will notify you as soon as it's available.

A: We offer pick-up and drop-off services within Kutchan and Niseko. For areas like Makkari, Kyogoku, and Rankoshi, we handle them on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, please feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to confirm!
